Q: I have multiple properties with various operational systems that use protocols like ASCII, DALI-2, LONtalk, BACnet, etc. and proprietary systems like Mitsubishi, Samsung, Daikin, Panasonic, Fujitsu, etc.. Can you integrate our smart lighting system's motion detection features into our other building's operations to automatically detect things like occupancy?

Q: I would like to remotely control all of my properties' operations. Things like irrigation, BAS, and lighting. Yet I would also like to be able to see my energy usage at a glance. Could this be done without having to remotely connect to various isolated systems?
A: Of Course! Since we're partnered with Intesis by HMS Neworks, we are able to provide a 1-stop-shop to monitor and/or control your commercial assets. You will have the ability to access the systems via web page or a mobile phone app. All with NO LICENSING FEES!
Q: The control panel for my AHU is EOL and parts within are no longer supported. Can you redo the controls in the panel with the latest and greatest, while leaving us open to future expand-ability?
A: Yes. We are partnered with Strato Automation. Our partnership with them allows us to provide leading edge controllers for equipment such as AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, Generators, Water Heaters, Lighting Control Panels, Electric Utility Meters, Water Utility Meters, etc..

This automated solution gives you real-time system operational data and a self configurable alert feature; should anything in your system start to creep out of OEM design range.
Another industry we provide solutions for is the Greenhouse industry. An example for our support to the Greenhouse industry is a custom system design to automate the precise control of humidity, temperature, and plant water volume that are required in a professional Greenhouse installation.
We provide our clients the option to integrate these systems into their existing networks, exist on their own isolated network, or to operate 100% standalone. Clients have the option to choose whether they would like the devices we provide to integrate into their network via Ethernet/RJ45, WiFi 802.11ac,b,g,n, BACnet, Modbus, or LONtalk. There is also the option for the devices to act as their own WiFi Access Point for quick & easy preventative maintenance or trend report readings for the service tech.
